Ferrari F40 vs Bugatti EB110 Drag Racing
CarWow’s Mat Watson pits a Ferrari F40 against the Bugatti EB110 in a classic supercar drag racing showdown for the ages. The 2,765-pound F40 (European version) is powered by a twin-turbocharged 2.9L V8 engine producing 477 hp and 426 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, enabling it to hit 60 mph in 3.8 seconds, while topping out at 201 mph.

Powering the 3,571-pound Bugatti EB110 is a quad-turbocharged 3.5L V12 engine generating 553 hp and 451 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, enabling it to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.4 seconds, while achieving a top speed of 212.5 mph. On paper, the F40 and EB110 are matched up quite evenly, but weight does make a big difference when it comes to drag racing in a straight line.

Kawa Ijen is touted as “the largest acid barrel on Earth” by geologists, due to its high concentration of sulfuric acid and various minerals, which also gives the lake its stunning blue-greenish color. Thousands of tourists each year to see the eerie blue flames caused by sulfuric gases escaping from the cracks in the volcanic crater.
