Welcome to the Case Fun website. We sell our products to you subject to the terms and conditions listed here. Please read them carefully before using the website. By using website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Product Details

We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. Case Fun cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate / the same as the actual product.

Promotion Codes

We cannot retrospectively apply a promotional code to your order. If you place an order without correctly applying the promotional code, we will be unable to reimburse you the discount once the order has been placed. If you are having difficulty applying your code or believe your code to be faulty, please contact us and we will gladly investigate this for you.

Payment

Most major credit cards are accepted via the simple shopping basket. You must provide your full billing address as registered with your credit/debit card. Payment will be required before any goods are dispatched. Whilst every effort will be made to meet delivery arrangements, we do not accept any liability for the consequences of any delays outside of our control. All goods remain the property of Case Fun until full payment has been received. We try to ensure that all items displayed are readily available, although Case Fun cannot guarantee online availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order should we be unable to agree arrangements, price, delivery schedule and conditions.

VAT is charged on all goods sold, at the standard UK rate of 20%. Please note that we do not offer a VAT refund service.

Case Fun does not invite purchases from outside of the European Union (EU); and therefore all transactions will be subject to UK VAT. You are advised not to place orders with a shipping destination outside of the EU (which also operate within some non-EU territories e.g. Jersey & Guernsey - VAT-free zones outside of normal UK and CE trade tariffs); in doing so you agree to accept the VAT levied against your purchase.

Delivery Information

Orders placed using the next day delivery option will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Orders qualifying for next day delivery should be placed before 1pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed either after 1pm or outside the working week (bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) will not be processed until the next working day. For example, if you place an order on bank holiday Monday your order will be processed the next working day and will be delivered on Wednesday.

When ordering outside the UK, any import or customs charges applicable upon delivery are solely the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control.
