Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition* within 14 days of receipt. You should notify us with your intention to return the item by filling in the returns form.

*For reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to refund or exchange earphones unless they are faulty.

Should you wish to return an item, please notify us immediately, by filling out the returns request form here . Do not send any items back to us, prior to contacting us (via the form) first. We will not accept any items returned to us without pre-authorisation.

Within 14 days these can be returned for a full refund for a given reason provided they are unused. If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition or outside of the 14 days we reserve the right to return the product to you, or charge you a  discretionary re-stocking fee of £2 or 10% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater.

Items that are returned in an unfit state, worn or damaged will not be accepted. Any items that are returned to us that do not comply with the returns policy will be returned to you and no refund/exchange given.

Items are returned at your own expense.  We do not offer a free post service.  If you do not include the correct postage on returning your unwanted items, the postal costs will be deducted from any refund due to you, including any surcharge that Royal Mail levy on underpaid items.

All items remain the senders property until they arrive safely back at our warehouse. It is your responsibility to make sure that any items returned are adequately packaged with tracking and insurances in place, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.  Any items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. The card you used to make payment is refunded to the full amount, or if you used PayPal or Google checkout we will reverse the charge with them.

Delivery Charges

If you have upgraded your delivery option, (e.g. paid extra for first class delivery), this additional amount is non-refundable. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days in which to inform us of the fault.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if our technicians find a returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item to you ( In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued).

Goods outside 14 days shall be issued with a replacement only.

Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back via your original payment method.

Any return that is not accompanied with the returns reference number will be held by Case Fun for 30 days, awaiting the returns reference number. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.
