Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned items, you will be issued with an amended invoice.

Where you have upgraded the delivery service, this will be deducted from any refund due. You will receive email notification once the refund has been processed. All refunds are processed in GB pounds, which is the currency that all transactions take place in. Case Fun Ltd is not responsible for the exchange rates and any fluctuations are beyond our control, as the credit card issuers review the exchange rates on a daily basis.

The refund will be processed at the current exchange rate, which will be calculated at the time of processing by your card issuer. 

All items remain the senders property until they arrive safely back at our warehouse. It is your responsibility to make sure that any items returned are adequately packaged with tracking and insurances in place, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Any items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.

Any return that is not accompanied with the returns form or returns reference number will be held by Case Fun for 30 days, awaiting the return of the completed form. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.
