NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTIONS

Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Delivery is £3.99  (please allow up to 48 hours for Royal Mail to Deliver as this is not a guaranteed service).

• 95% of deliveries to be achieved in 24 hours from receipt of order (before 3pm for same day dispatch)

Special Delivery™ Next Day is £6.99 through Royal Mail, delivery of your urgent or valuable item before 1.00pm the next working day to 99%* of the UK (Except Scottish Highlands).

To take advantage of the Guaranteed Next Day service, please place your order before 12:30pm from Monday to Friday to guarantee delivery on the following working day and choose the next day delivery option in the basket page.

Orders placed either after 12:30pm or outside the working week (bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) will not be processed until the next working day. For example, if you place an order on bank holiday Monday your order will be processed on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday (subject to the Tuesday being a working day).

* All orders placed by 3pm will be despatched the same working day.

* Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next working day i.e. orders placed after 3pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

European Airmail Delivery (Usually Delivered 3-5 working days)  £2.99

Royal Mail International Signed for (Usually Delivery 3 -5 working days) £8.99

• After sale service - Overseas postal operators are obliged to investigate any potential loss or damage claim raised by the customer, which is not the case with standard Airmail or surface delivery services.
